Are you trained to maintain good food hygiene?

Yes. All our food handlers undertake formal training in food hygiene to ensure our food is safe to consume, free of contaminant & cross contamination, and comply with local regulations. Visit for more details.

What should I do if I have any food allergy or special requirement?

You should tell us at the time of placing the order, either through ‘Order notes’ at Checkout or contacting us separately, soon after placing the order. Please note that it is very common for Indian foods to have nuts or sometimes eggs.

The date of my event is not available in your calendar. Can you accomodate my order?

This may be possible. Please contact us with a rough idea of your menu and size. We will make all possible effort to provide service.

In which areas do you provide delivery service?

Currently we deliver in Sevenoaks and nearby towns, roughly 20 miles radius. For bigger orders, please contact us to to discuss delivery options.

When should I place my order?

You must place your order at least 48 hours before the desired order fulfilment date / time, subject to our availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order up to 24 hours before order fulfilment date / time. We will refund the full value of your order of you cancel 24 hours in advance.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Yes, if you cancel your order 24 hours before the order fulfilment date / time we will refund the full value of the order. If it is within 24 hours of the fulfilment date / time then we will refund 50% of the order value.

Is your food freshly cooked?

Yes, we do all the cooking on the day of delivery. Some preparation, like marination etc., may be done earlier as required.

What packaging do you use?

We use disposable packaging, either plastic (food grade) or paper based boxes.

Can I store or freeze the food?

We strongly recommend you consume the food on the same day.

Do I need to do any preparation before serving the food?

We provide fully cooked and ready to serve food. You may have to re-heat before service. We will provide instructions with the delivery on how this can be done. However, if you have your own preference and style of serving then feel free to use your imagination.

Do you serve Halal meat?

Halal meat can be provided on special request. Please include Halal meat requirement in the ‘Order notes’ section at Checkout or contact us separately, soon after placing the order.
